Loco Roco is a game where you are this little blob of a creature.
Basicaly your goal is to collect your buddies which are little flower like objects which make your blob thingy grow. (excuse my lack of better words) So each stage has 20 flowers placed threwout the board, can be hidden behind secret walls, or found by a puzzle of some sort. Also there are blue creatures which give you special "house peices" which allows you to play a kind of incredible machine mini-game which is fun. Other than that, you can collect a kind of currency which allows you to play mini-games like a crane that gets you more pieces for your house and more loco roco that go threw the house (like an extra bowling ball in the incredible machine). There are these evil creatures which goal is more or less to kill you and/or eat your LocoRoco, giving a little edge away from the happy happy world.
But for the most part, I think its the most original game of 2006 by far. Below is a link to the trailer...

Well for all those iffy about Loco Roco...Its like when Katamari was first introduced, and it looked really stupid at first glance...Loco Roco is really addictive for a hand held game. IMO one of the best PSP games of the year, and def the most original game next to Spore of the year.
