I would like to know in what order to install these 2 programs. Sorry if this has been posted before.

Hi mark8766
Doesn't really matter which one you install 1st.
Once both are installed Shrink will recognize you have Nero installed and will autoburn with it (your drive will be listed 1st under 'select back up target').
By default when Shrink is installed the 'burn w/ nero' option is usually checked.
