Ummm well its not supposed to be said like that. I have that backup and it plays flawlessly with devhook. As long as it's a good rip it should work, no problems.
Place on your MS the DH folder found in the package, along with the two files under "Game" folder on your PSP. Once those are both on your PSP, try loading up Devhook with 2.71 along with the other settings neccesary.
If it runs, return to firmware 1.5 and place your ISO on your root menu in a folder labled "ISO" Once thats done, load devhook .44 and then it should start automaticly.
unrar dargonballz shin budokai and make new folder in root. Give name ISO and put iso (dragonballz shin budokai there. got Devhook and
put setting like this!:
