Hey folks, I have been a huge fan of Square Soft games, but im curious as to if I should buy this for my PSP or not.
Anyone here a player of the original that could give their take on the game would be great, I just do not want to blindly buy a game when its going to suck.

Yea? Looks like a pritty cool RPG from Square. I am honestly desperate for a good RPG to take everywhere other than Chrono Trigger and the old Final Fantasys. I hope it is a good game...

Yup like mentioned earlier, I'm waiting for a really good RPG for the PSP and this looks like its gonna be good.

Its a RPG turn based game I believe, and when it comes to Square Enix it should be a good one at that.

All these years I thought it was a tactical game like FF Tactics and Vandal Hearts.
So I was hyped up for a while to play it.
Then the other day I see the pics.

yeah thats true, they say you have some kind of time limit to complete the game before the world ends and there's not enough extras and incentives to make you play it again, but i might try it out anyways. i haven't heard of any awesome RPGs lately, but this looks promising.

For those who have never heard of it. Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is a port of a PS1 game by Tri-Ace, the creators of the Star Ocean series.
The original for PS1 has been known to sell for over $100 (on ebay) because of how rare is has become. I don't know if the value for the PS1 original will fall because of this re-release.
The sequel, Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria, came out in Japan last month for PS2 and will release in the USA in September.

Can you tell me this store please?? lol. Its a great game, a far cry from FF and other traditional games, but I loved it on ps1 and its just as sick on psp. You are running against the clock, so you actually have to think a bit. I recommend it.
