if u are downloading it at home, the possibility of being caught is zero. but if try to do it in public area, possibility is half. just kidding, this is US, u dont get caught for downloading games. government knows there are people downloading and what can they do about it. there is so much of us and so little of them. we are like outnumbered them lolz.

my m8 got a e-mail from universal studio's once sayin if he did'nt stop downloading there films they would sue!! lol

just random movie torrents sites i thought he was jokin but he sent me the e-mail n it looked pretty legit...the best thing was that he had only d/l something like 5 films lol

Well, many fake torrents get released on bittorrent public sites. These torrents are released by the MPAA and they track your ISP and try to catch you...this is why you don't download fake torrents.
Also, a teenage girl got fined 500,000 bucks for downloading MP3's from Kazaa...
Now here in Canada I heard that you can download but you can't share (upload)...

I am Canadian and have to say evolve123 is correct. Here in Canada we can download as much as we want (our goverment has better thing to look after) but for some reason we can't upload.

they've probably seen what i download and said "uck lets leave that one....to much paper work" lol i download loads of music, games and films infact i dont think my pc has stopped downloadin for over a year LOLOLOLOL
