I used a torrent to make a backup of one of my games because my dog chewed it up....i was just wondering if i use the same method with a dvd movie that again my dog chewed up.

so all i have to do is get the torrent then use utorrent to download it and then its all the same steps like extracting blah blah blah and then just burn it??

yes the only difference is that it will play in the dvd player(obviosuly)

I would've said it was abducted by aliens, but whatever works for ya. You need a modded PS2 to play burned games. It'll play burned movies without any type of modification.

tokijin,it depends on what program you use to burn your dvds.None of my dvds will work using DVD Decrypter but people have said that Nero works.

Not really, not if you do it right. If DVD Decrypter doesn't work, it could be a driver or firmware issue. I have DVD Decrypter, ImgBurn, Alcohol, and Nero installed, and they all work fine. Burning programs typically don't conflict. Packet writing software can. It could also be a case of malware.

I also have problems trying to get dvds to play in my ps2 dvd player.Im not that bothered though.
