luch559 I think that your Pursuit Force iso is a bad dump or dose not have all the files.(look in the iso and see it it has a UMD_DATA.BIN file and the PSP_GAME folder) Try a new game(untouched) with DHv46 and if it wroks. P.F. is going to be a bad dump.
jairehal you can get a full pack of DH with 260 FW files a psp.ps2nfo.com(look for a old DH pack)
If you .cso GTA it will work but it lags.

i was having the same problem, i put in the right settings and good iso that worked before but it wouldnt work
you have to format the memory stick, and then go to restore default settings
and just run the ultimate installer
and put in the iso
dont put anything else on your memory stick cuz i obviously had something that was making it trip
i basically just started over
anyway, im trying to get backups of my games
i dont plan on paying for them, but what can you say about this site?

If they give you the iso that is OK. but if they give you a torrent file do not get it.Go to isohunt.com and search for the games you what.

tyrone10,Dont even think about paying anything on those sites.They dont give you anything,instead they get your money for free.
There are lots of iso downloading sites,just search.
Or use torrents.

I have been having a problem with my daxter. Im using devhook 0.44. Everything is on it and I do have a UMD in the Drive. When I select the game in devhook, it starts up with a blank screen and it shows on the memory stick that its loading, but nothing ever happens. I have the file as a .cso
Anyone have any ideas??

Have you tryed re-installing devhook?
When a problem with devhook comes to you,try re-intalling all the stuff.
If that doesn't work try v0.45 and 0.46.Sometimes some of the firmware files are different.

Yeah. I have re-installed it. Still doesn't work. Do you know where I can get the complete programme for devhook 0.45 or 0.46? Same like the one that was previously out? That was a cool one!!

i know of other sites that had direct linking to isos/roms
and they got shut down

If you what the full DHv46 with mods or no mods go to ps2nfo.com
If Daxter is not untouched(fixed prx for old loaders) you need to change the prx files with the original game or use Street Riders prx's(they worked on my daxter game)

I see. I have my daxter game in .cso format. I heard that can affect the game when running it through devhook. One thing I dont understand is that every one of my games runs perfectly. the only that is giving me problems s daxter! Is it definatley the .prx files then?

Yes It is definatley the .prx (I have it as .cso and it works ok)
Some games lag when they are as .cso but they work ok.
Use UMDgen to make the .cso in to a iso and then put the Street Riders prx's where the other prx are in the iso.

this method isnt really used anymore but the only reason you would need a prx swap is to get say a 2.6 game like splinter cell essentials to run on 2.5. What exactly is wrong with the game?

I dont know. Here is the strange part. I have Street Fighter and Splinter Cell. they both work perfectly fine. there is no lag nothing on either of them! Does this make any sense?

yeah that makes perfect sense. mine dont lag either. but if i compress splinter cell it will lag on 222.

I run all my games on 222. Splinter cell does run a little slower on there, but thats not a problem.
Im still seriously struggling with Daxter. IM running out of ideas to try.

If you have a untouched iso(original prx's) you do not need to chage the prx files for DHv46.
But if your game is not untouched(like the one I had fixed to work with the old loaders MPH and Runumd)you need to put back the original prx files(or prx's from a 2.6 FW game that works) so it works. (I use the Street Riders prx's on my fixed Daxer and it work ok with DHv46 now)

more then likely the game is untouched anyway, except for maybe dummy data taken out. i dont run acrossed many games with ripkits. the prx swap method is obsolete now since the release of the 2.71 emulation. it was created so you could play higher firmware requiring games on lower firmware versions. watch double posts....especially triple posts. no one likes them.

hey....guys...i want to ask a q's....v hav been using emulators..and after playin games when we restart the psp...the umd game starts...to avoid it i open the drive...so....will it harm my psp.....

TBH it's prolly not gonna make a difference. if the game doesnt play while emulating 2.71 with devhook then its more then likely a bad rip.

Try spliner cell prx(or other game prx's if it dose not work) and see if it works.(but try to use the prx's that I used to fix my Daxter) Street Riders prx's
If it is a bad dump it will not work.(use isobuster to extract the iso and see if it extracts all the files)
I know that all game work with DHv46(2.71 FW) but not when they are fixed.(that is why he has to use new prx's)
all the games that I have tested whit DHv46 work. Only World Series Of Poker(Eur)is the only game that does not work.
