PLEASE HELP WITH DEVHOOK N ISO/UMD

well ive searched and searched not only this forum but othres but i cant find a guide thatll help me properly run devhook i asked question in " round two ask all devhook questions here" and i got no replies...

anyways i tried to run bust a move i put the PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA or w/e into UMDGEN then made the ISO folder into my psp root folder ISO and i ran devhook .44....

my settings were
- UMD select (i chose the iso file)
- UMD mount ( i chose ISO ANYUMD)
- UMD verion ( i chose 2.xx ->2.00)
- Firmware ( i chose 2.6)
- CPU clock ( 2.22)
- BOOT select ( i chose reboot xmb)
- OTHER ( i put 0x88E00000)

then i hit start... am i doing something wrong?
also how do u run a REAL game ( i have MLB06 the show and it needs 2.6 firmware but i donno how to run it on my 1.5 psp)

Well do you have the firmware files for 2.6 installed? Usually DH .44 comes with 2.71 firmware files...if you're wanting to run 2.6 you will have to install them yourself.

i used the ultimate devhook 0.44 install from psp-hacks and it already had everythign in it...

Oh whoops sorry for double posting really? i just thought it had everything in it -_- cause it has like 2.0 and 2.6 on the list but i didnt know u had to install it... i have a question
if u have 2.71 firmware on devhook why do u need 2.0 and 2.6?

Its just so u can load other firmwares but it's not really necessary as u can emulate 2.71. Try changing it to 2.71 and see what happens. There not the files for 2.6 or 2.0 also BTW. It only installs the files for 2.71.

well i tried running my MLB 06 the show
(the real umd) and the guide says to just select the UMD disk in the selection and it should auto everything so it boots well my psp reboots then boots up the game then freezzes at the white psp screen... sigh it doesnt work
