ANYONE else have the prob of gta not loading up?

I rented a copy and its the old version, but whenever i start it up it goes to the loading screen with the bar then freezes then goes to screen saying error reading the gta umd/....:(?

Are you trying to boot via devhook? Or is your psp 2.0+.

my psp is 2.6 im tryin to do the downgrade i installed the easy downgrade thingy, went to start up the psp i rented and no where it goes :(

You might want try cleaning the UMD up a bit if it has a lot of fingerprints, dust build up, any kind of residue.

Go back to where u rented it and tell em about your lil problem here. Tell them how disatisfied you are with their service and their games not working. Say something like I come to you guys figuring this game would work, and it doesn't. What are you gonna do to fix my problem here? You'll get some free credits on your account and they will exchange it for a different one.
