That is correct, the DS is a region-free system, so any game from any country will work on any unit.

The only difference in the English and Chinese M3 units is the language of the menus of the M3.

Some places are taking preorders for it, so it shouldn't be too long, i know the original release was delayed as the M3 team had trouble getting a vital component for the M3, but I believe they have it now, so fingers crossed it will be by the end of the month.

Alright, so where are we able to get the software to load games onto our SD card (or cf/msd)? It seems that all of the links on the manufacturer's site are down, and the m3 wiki is also barren of the software. I want to make sure that I am all loaded up and ready to play by the time that I get my unit!

Although its not the latest firmware and game manager, you can download v23b from http://www.getyourgameshere.com/store/index.php?main_page=page&id...

I'm sure they'll update it soon enough to the latest game manager
