For some reaon my linksys router wont stay connected to the internet. It will only stay online for periods of maybe 20 mins then it falls back offline again. Is there anyway I can keep it online or am I doing something wrong?

When you called them did they have to come to your house to fix it or did they send you a new router?

Go to the LinkSys website, and look for a firmware update for you router. Download it, and the install is an executable file. It is easy to do.

If you are uneasy about it, list your model here, and I will walk you through the process of downloading and installing the firmware update.

Ok, I've got the Firmware from the Website but how do I install it. It's a .BIN file. How do I know this firmware is actually an update?

My model # is: BEFW11S4, VERSION: 4, With 4-PORTS

if u cant find an exe file on linksys then enter the router by entering on the adress bar 192.168.1.1 hit the administration tab then firmware upgrade and choose the bin file
