I got an idea hanna but you have to have a camera. Take pics of this downgrader.
1.update to 2.71 and show the system info after the update
2.Downgrade it
3. show the system info
4. load devhook .45
Take pics of these steps using the same psp and then we'll know whether it is fake

The way I read it Sparsh is trying to infer that areas such as Pakistan or Iran have slow connections, not that the actual people are slow.
