Almost one year to the day, the lamp burnt out on our $2500 dollar RCA big screen. Trying to get a replacement from RCA has and continues to be one major pain in the back side. In their infinite wisdom, RCA does not keep replacement lamps in stock and they have absolutely no idea when they will have any. Two months ago, I placed an order ($412.00 plus shipping) After several calls to customer service I'm told they will ship it out when they get it and they have no idea when that may be. A $2500 dollar TV I can't watch because RCA does not stock lamps. What a joke. I will never purchase another RCA product nor will I recommend one to anybody. And they wonder why the Asian market is taking over the electronics industry. Has anybody had similar problems with RCA?
