is it possible to load a backup iso with just using the demo umd?
if not what umd can i buy that will not update my firmware?

Yes you can use the demo.

And you can use any of the original titles for the PSP.

I think you can even push down the tab in the UMD drive to make it think a UMD is inserted.

I dont use my Demo UMD cos it runs on 1.5fw meaning that everytime I turn the PSP on it loads the UMD which is a pain in the ass ! I use my GripShift UMD instead cos that requires 1.52fw so doesnt auto-load !
