place "DH_ENG" and "DH_ENG%" in the ms0:\PSP\GAME department.
ms0 is the drive letter your PSP shows up as on your PC.
You also need to have a Flash dump for this to work.

so when you open your PSP on your PC, you don't see those folders? You need to creat them.
Actually, if there's nothing on your Memory Stick now, just FORMAT your memory stick. That will put all the folders there that you need.
Lemme know how this turns out...
EDIT: "dh" is gonna be the host of your flash files. You keep that NEXT to the PSP folder, once you have that set.
To set the "DH_ENG" and "DH_ENG%" folders, double click on the "PSP" folder (once set) and then in there, you'll see the "GAME" folder. (also once set) Then, just drop those two aforementioned folders in there.
Then, go to the GAME CONTROLLER ICON in XMB, (all the way to the right, all the way at the bottom) and launch DevHook.

Like guano said place "DH_ENG" and "DH_ENG%" onto "game",the folder inside the "PSP" folder.
Then place the folder named "dh" onto your memory stick root(the place that apears when you open it).

PBP? That's teh EBOOT. One each should be inside the DGEN and DGEN% folders... If you have those installed, there are no other PBP files. IDK if you mean the "ROMS" folder maybe???

Oh, my bad! I thought I was in another thread. I thought I was helping you w/ DGEN!!! ROFLMAO!!!
So basically, nevermind any references to "DGEN", "DGEN%" and "ROMS" folder. Those are something completely different.
*Phew!* All righty then...
You should get a precompiled Flash dump. I'm gonna go and look around the forums to see if I can find a d/l link for you... hold on a sec...
All right, here we go. Download this:
http://www.sendspace.com/file/xvu2cj
It's the FULL version w/ 2.71 emulation on it already. It has the flash folders you'll need and the reboots have already been made. (Important)
Just take the "dh" folder and put it in the root of your MS. The ROOT is the screen which first shows up when you connect your PSP via USB to the PC.
Then launch and you'll be all set. Hold on a sec, I'm gonna get the settings you'll need... *fetching*
UMD Select: Select your game (example: GTA.iso)
UMD Mount: ISO ANYUMD
Firmware: 2.71
Boot Select: Reboot XMB
UMD Version: 2.XX -> 2.00
CPU Clock: 222MHz
Other (I think it's called "other" it's the second up from the bottom choice and you have to choose your preload address there. Choose the top one; it always worked for me...
