can i copy a dvd movie to my psp memory stick if it is less than a 1 GB?
and music videos and junk like that....
also when u go on the web browser say i go on google video u can search and watch the videos and if i wanted to check my email i could too?
sorry for noob questions im thinking of buying a psp

yes aim is possible, and you can change your wallpaper, you name it you can do it like, i can control my tv with my psp. you can do everything and more with firmware 1.5 but good luck finding one :)

no im just gunna go legit no modding on it cause i feel like being a good consumer for once (ha) .....how would i go about copying the movies to the psp from a dvd....

ah idk cause i almost screwed up my xbox softmodding and i just dont wanna screw this up ha....ok maybe give me a push into the right direction on were to find them or names of the programs

You will need 3 things:PSPvideo9, DVD Decrypter and your DVD.
.NET FRAMEWORK 1.1: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&Fa...
PSPvideo9: http://www.pspvideo9.com/
DVD Decrypter: (Sorry you will have to google it)
First insert your (owned) DVD,
Select DVD Decrypter, and go to TOOLS and SETTINGS.
Select IFO MODE, and put file splitting to none.
Next select IFO MODE and click on INPUT VTS. Normally picked for u just highlight it.
Next select STREAM PROCESSING and ENABLE IT,
Uncheck all but the top most boxes.
Then select your destaination folder EG:MY VIDEOS and click on the DVD SYMBOL.
Sit back and relax.
Go to your destaination folder when its finished you,ll end up with somthing like this,Rename it to that of your DVD,
EG:Green Day.VOB.
Close all down and bring up PSPVIDEO9.
Click SETUP/OUTPUT VIDEOS TO: EG: MY PSP MOVIES
Reason for this is, people had trouble getting PSPvideo9 to reconize their PSP.
It saves alot of hassle.
Next click on PROFILE PICKER and select ur profile.
FOR FIRMWARE VERSIONS BELOW 2.00 ENCODE IN....SP.
Bit rate of AVC 384kbpsx96kbps is good. And i would recommend TWO PASS encoding.
Click on SAVE.
Select CONVERT/TRANSCODE NEW VIDEO.
Select your file and click open.
Now just click START on PSPVIDEO9 :!: :D
Have a break, have a kit-kat, this may take awhile :D

Working long hours mate, away from the house at 5:30am and not home to 8:00pm, so i,ve missed alot of stuff going on.
Mine and me workmates cars where broken into and 5 PSP games where stole,
Little b****rds.

If your talking about an ISO of a DVD you may have to run it through DVD Shrink then reauthor the main movie into one complete VOB file and then convert.

well with DVD Decrypter you are just selecting the actual main movie and not anyhing else , so yes youll need to use it :)
