I am new to Devhook. Do you need to downgrade from PSP2.6 to 1.5 in order to run Devhook .45? I saw someone said that Devhook .45 is better than a Modchip which made me thought of this question. Thanks.

yup devhook is better than modchip only becuz...it doesn't cost you anything lol.. but before you downgrade check out guides and tutorials for noobs =D and make sure your psp isn't factory 2.5 or 2.6 cuz downgrader will brick it =D GL!

There is also an easy downgrade that has all the files included in it. It walks you through it step by step. All you need is an unpatched version of GTA:LCS.
