Can you combine VTS files into ONE File?

Title says it all: Can you combine VTS files into ONE File? Like an MPEG or AVI? If so? What program does that and how?

yes it is possible to combine them using software called Vobedit
you need to rename your files as VTS_01_001, VTS_01_002, so on so forth.
then you open the first VTS file with vobedit
go to edit menu (top left)
select join clips
it takes 15 min for full size dvd movie

if you're burning your progect and you use Nero Recode2 .... merging title one and title 2 is just a button click and it will merge the two together and burn it for you to disk.
