Wanting to create my own DVD with menu for each video i will put on the DVD, there are 7 with a total of 1hr 58m
I have looked at Nero, and tried to create a Video CD and this works but it played them all one after another but i was only able to put 5 on and it would only go on a CDR not a DVD disc!
Please can someone help me out with what i might be doing wrong.
All files have been converted to MPG(2) format using Blaze Media Pro.
You might want to try a program called ConvertXtoDVD. It will convert almost any video file, create a menu and then burn to dvd for you or you can a seperate program burn it. http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/ The program will put a watermark on the movie until you register. Download it from http://www.phazeddl.com/ search for ConvertXtoDVD and you can get rid of the watermark.
I have converted all 7 mpg(2) files to dvd files stored each time in the same folder which meant that they were given a different name

this was all done using Blaze Media Pro 6.1,
i then used Nero7 to convert to an image file which was then burned to a DVD disc with Nero7
now i play and it still stores all the videos in one on the DVD even though i look at the file structure it has many files each title.
i press the NEXT button but this does not go to the next ?.. it stops the DVD playing as if i only have one video on it or like if i had made a audio cd with only one track. (i must add i have created an audio cd with about ten or so tracks and this works like it should and pressing next then moves to the next track) but not with this DVD?!
