I have a season worth of episodes of a favorite show in AVI. I want to burn them as a DVD I can watch on the theater. How can I do so? AVI2DVD only allows you to load one individual file. I need to load all of them to the project. Is there another program I can use? I just want to make a watchable DVD of the season.

WinAVI will allow you to load multiple avi's and convert them to a dvd. Not sure you can fit a whole season on a single disc though. I wouldn't go for more than 6 episodes. I don't think it does a MENU though.

This program will allow you to burn your episodes with menues. I am even more conservative, though and would recommend only 4 1 hour episodes:http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/vso_convertxtodvd_guide.cfm As an afterthought, the trial does insert a watermark in your video and is speed limited but will allow you to see if it suits your needs.

Indeed, the fewer episodes you put on a disc, the better the quality, as a higher bitrate is used. When I record from television or transfer a LaserDisc, I limit it to 2 hours or less per single layer DVD.
