Hello. I've asked this before and tried your methods but none of them worked.

I need to convert this Action Replay Max v2.31 CD BIN file to a bootable DVD image for burning to a DVD.

It's 43.3 MB.

These methods don't work ALL the time, so if it doesn't work maybe you can't convert it
