Is there any way to get Flash player on my PSP if I have FW 2.6 and a ta-082 motherboard?

The flash player is only on 2.7. You can upgrade if you want, though. Your mobo won't affect anything you do except for restricting you from downgrading.

if you upgrade you could try the UP Modchip which can enable homebrew.

well what firmware do you have, if you have 2.5/2.6 downgrade to 1.5

I think its ta-082 because when I open the umd drive theres a set of numebrs on the top right corner
