Can someone help me? I got a psp v. 2.01 . i got a game file that is a .iso. Do i put this on my memory stick?????

You cant play iso backups on a 2.01. You need to upgrade to 2.5/2.6 then downgrade to 1.5.

and plus u need a memory card at least a 512 mb but not all games will fit on that so 1gb is needed

Not all games will fit on a 1gb either. I have a couple that are almost 2 because I dont do ripkits. I do have a couple games that will fit on a 128 mb memstick tho.

Good point Hex, it is recommended to get a 2 gig stick, they are cheap now anyways. Im like Hex, and rather not use ripkits, so do yourself a favor and get a 2 gig stick.

how do i upgrade then downgrade??? i saw your post in another forum telling someone to go to psp-hacks.com and go to downloads then firmware and download the 2.5 eboot, but i could not find the 2.5 eboot download there.
i have a 32 mb card , a 1 gb card, a 4 gb card , so i should have enough room to put it on there

You are corect, I dont frequent the forums as much as i used to, been busy on XS. Try to come to aD and post as much as I can, but I often feel sick after reading all the ridiculous threads people start. I dont want to put people down, so I try not to post because the majority of the time I feel like setting peeps straight.

Chillin, the atmosphere at XS is great, helps me keep my sanity. Not as fleshed out as aD of course, but we have some extremely smart peeps helping out. Wait till you make it to addict man, you are really going to have strong feelings. Dont get me wrong, i love aD, just the psp forum is pretty sad at times.
