Cant open ripit4me

I downloaded R4me, extracted the files, upon trying to open, got an error message, "Ripit4me has encountered a problem and must shut down, I have downloaded Ripit4me in the past with no problems, this time I cannot get it to open, have tried several times, deleting the old one before trying a new download ? Help

ripit4me usually comes in a zip folder.... did you extract the file to the hard drive? then clicked on the icon? If you are still haveing trouble then try to reboot the computer and do it agian. It should work.
