Believe it or not there is actually a way to create a undiluted chip from scratch its the only way i figured out how to make one is like this

Requirements: Wat you will need is either a whole motherboard with a ide connector attach to it which would make no sense cause it will take even longer to load up so just take the mother board and cut around the ide cable. Its alot easier to use a xbox mother board recommend (using a busted one so u can wipe the thing clean)and a little solder nd a soldering iron is necessary or a pencil

Next: Have a ide cable to usb cable to transfer the files from the computer to the motherboard. (You will need the drivers download everything from (http://xbox-scene.com/tools/tools.php?page=driver)

Last thing you will need is a usb mini cable which is what u normally use to transfer stuff computer via psp. take that and cut it not to close to the edge tho tear the wire casing so it shows nothing but wire doesnt really matter on the colors.

Alright heres wat u do install the drivers befor u use the mother board to connect to the computer next have a decrypter program got mine with my Xecuter 3 disc and decrypt everything off the undiluted program many should kno wat this is but probably was never ever to use it but dont worry u will. After that copy all the files that the decrypter recieved to the mother board next is the tricky part.

Take the data board as wat it will be recognized as now and drill in four holes around the ide slot (shouldnt be that big of a hole)

Place the mini side of the cut usb cable which is wat u shoulda stripped into the psp slot take the data board and quickly put the wires in each hole and solder them together after this is done go to ur psp system settings and click usb connection it should download straight into ur psp not memory card if this may occur take memory card out or it will damage it. It should show the normal downloading screen for about five minutes after that the psp will shut off it should be cooling for about ten minutes so do not try to turn it bac on or u may brick ur psp after it is cooled take a usb mini cable hook it to ur comp and psp load up the undiluted program and ur good to go bac at 1.5 firmware I will try in the future for it to choose which ever firmware but dont get ur hopes up

Yea, ok. If you knew the technical side of actually making a downgrader, I think you'd know just how to extract the DATA.PSAR.
