theres a program that lets you format and put music, games and movies on your psp

You can do that without any software. As for encoding movies for the psp there is psp video 9. I cant remember if that one is free but i think it is. You can also use standard .mp3 files on the psp.

If you have basic knowledge of folder structures, you can do that yourself using windows explorer.
