I installed Nero 7232b, and using NeroVision 4 tried to burn some TV show episodes onto a disk. Now, as soon as it begins 'transcoding', it freezes and will not go any further. After reading through this site, I have discovered that that version of Nero is to say the least, rather unreliable, and have therefore downloaded 7082.
Problem is, using the link provided on most of these threads, it says that the trial serial number has expired, and it also wont accept my full code, which I paid for when I signed up for 7232b. Surely I have paid for any version of Nero 7 and not just the one, so why wont it accept my code?
I have also donloaded the Nero cleaner utility and made sure there are no versions of Nero on my PC before trying to install. All of my drivers including PC and DVD writer are up to date also.
I modified the setting's simalar to VCR setting's ''LP'' anyways got 3 episodes of a tv show ''OC'' dragged them on to the options for burner then went to write on to disk - it decoded then about 30 mins from time i got a message not enough space on disk ''even tho was a brand new disk with 4.7gb of space and only 3.8 used in the inital burn'' . Any help is appreciated
Just to expand slightly on this, my CPU usage is showing at stupidly high levels when I open Nero Vision 4. Its anything between 60-99%, and this is obviously whats causing it to freeze when it gets to the transcoding stage.
Now I have been a good boy lol, and swearched through these threads as best I can, and found a number of people with the same problem. The advice thats given tends to be to install Nero 7082, which as explained earlier, I cant do, as for some reason it doesnt want my serial code. So any advice there, and am I right in thinking that this version of Nero should fix my problems?
