burning ntsc ps2 games from harddrive???

well ive been looking around the boards on how to burn ps2 games to dvd and then got dvd decrypt, the standard advice i keep reading is, 'select the iso and burn using dvd decrypt' thats all fine, just one problem, I've downloaded the game i want to burn and its on my hard drive, not a disc, its an NTSC release, im not really worried abt converting to PAL as i have a copy of swap magic 3.6 but i dont know how to burn it from my hard drive, especially as there is no iso file, if anyone is willing to help, i can list off all the files in there but theres no iso. (the whole game is abt 938mb and is all contained in a rar file with dgr-001 and so forth, please help.
