Hi Guys,

I have been checking out the forum and have been reading a bunch of stuff on here. It's all still quite confusing to me. Is there an easy way someone can explain to me how to downgrade my psp V2.6 to be able to play other games on them?

What about games I can download off the internet from torrent sites? Do I need to downgrade for those to work too?

First off all,your psp must not have a ta-082 motherboard.check out from here:

Yes,you need v1.5 to run homebrew(loaders,incluiding devhook,the game loader).

Then download the downgrader from here:

http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/605

Follow the steps carefully.

Get the DevHook ultimate instller www.psp-hacks.com
then place iso's in the ISO Folder on the root of the ms.

Ok I have the ultimate installer file. So I connect my psp to my pc and then select the first option right?
