i downloaded a splinter cell and it is in an mp3 format how do i change this to iso or dax or cso?

it wont let me listen to it it says it isnt mp3 format
but wen u go on properties it ses mp3 and its got the windows media as its icon

That's one jacked up file! Do this: You know where the recycle bin is on your computer? Just put this file in there. It's not ever worth having... And then go and BUY Splinter Cell, make your own rip and then you can't go wrong...
