ASRock Sata Driver Diskette

I have just purchased the parts for a new PC including an AM21XLI-ESATA2 motherboard and 2 Sata II HDD's. When i follow the instructions to create the disk with the sata drivers on I just get a message saying "Sector not found Can not redirect input from file ''. Reboot system now" when it reaches 16%

I've tried numerous ways to get past this without success. Does anyone have any ideas?
