Remove your serial #'s as they can be posted on the internet and Ahead might get upset if 4-5 people use the same number. They begin w/ 1A20.................................. and 1A44.....................
You need to revert back to version 6.6.0.18
You need to d/l Nero Cleantools and wipe Nero totally off the computer first. After that then you can install the files below and do not update to 6.6.1.4 as if you are using Shrink then you will have to burn the files manually. The version below enables you to compress w/ Shrink and then it automatically will call up Nero
