I see you are using FAT32 file system. That is old (and bad).
Change it to NTFS file system.
This is how:
Right click on 'my computer' and select 'manage'.
From the computer management window, expand storage and select 'disk management'.
Using the 'file system' column of the upper pane of this window, you can check what file system each of your logical drives are using.
Now open a command prompt window by going to start -> run and typing 'cmd'.
Type 'convert (drive letter): /fs:ntfs'
So if you convert your C: drive, you would type 'Convert c: /fs:ntfs'.

Here are some things what might or might not help....
1. Do not use Documents and Settings folder to save stuff.
Make folder on root of your C:\ drive (or what drive you have space) and put shortcut to that in your desktop.
2. You rip the movie in your hd with DVD Decrypter and then use DVD Shrink to convert it to DVD-5 format. Try to burn it using Nero.
3. Power Calibration Area Errors are caussed (mostly) by poor media.
(cheap cd`s) - Try diffirent brand (like Compusa, TDK, Memorex, Sony)
Or your burner lens is not clean.
Can you burn other cd/dvd`s?
4. You can upgrade your firmware.
http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?category=4&manufactor=53
5. Have you try to do a simulation (test burn) before burning?

@JBro...... OneMember gave you good advise but I would ad: Quote: W 19:58:18 Drive C:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB
W 19:58:18 Drive F:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB
to convert your drives to NTFS....... it's a better file storeage system for your hard drives and you won't see (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB which might just correct your problem!

Help ! !
I have been using Shrink and Decrypter for a while now and suddenly the new movies are giving me problems. I tried using DVD43 and FABdecrypter and was still getting errors at the start of the copy burn. I have tried using FixVTS with minimal results. A few have burned with Nero but its a hit or miss sort of thing. I was trying to backup my copy of 16 Blocks and kept getting the same error trying to use Decrypter as my burner. and Nero just kept stopping till I wasted 5 blanks. Im using Fujifilm DVD+R 16x blanks right now and burn speed of 2.4. I was trying to back up a new anime Mezzo 3 and I couldnt get any results even doing just the episodes with Shrink Reauthor and dumping everything else. Is there something Im missing causing the backup failures? I also have tried ripping with AnyDVD working in the background instead of DVD43(removed to use AnyDVD) still no joy.
heres one of the errors im getting trying to burn with Decrypter.
I/O Error!
Device: SONY DVD RW DRU-510A
ScsiStatus: 0x02
Interpretation: Check Condition
CDB: 2A 00 00 00 08 D0 00 00 10 00
Interpretation: Write (10) ? Sectors: 2256 ? 2271
Sense Area: F1 00 3 FF FD 00 00 12 00 00 00 00 70 03 00 00 00 00 00 9B 02 12 4F
Interpretation: Power Calibration Area Error
Any idea how to beat this problem? is there some other method or program I need to use to "process" either the ISO files or am I way off?
