After extracting and downsizing the pss files, I used the gow sonix tool to rebuild the TOC File. After I clicked the auto relink dupes button I am still stuck with a bunch of files (much more than the typical rebuild and relink) How do I rebuild it?

Whole damn thread dedicated to this one game. In fact, it's at the very top.

Well now was that civilized?..........No clearly not.

The thread was read I can assure you. The answer that I seek was not in the very knowledgable thread. That is why I am requesting someone other than PS2Menace to attempt to answer my very small and unappreciated question. I do forgive you PS2Menace for your rash behavior and believe you are a better man/woman than you portrayed with the beginning of your "answer".

Coinsidering you didn't even say you read through the guides here, I must say that my response wasn't intented to be non-civilized. We get these questions 1000's of times, some random newbie comes and posts a new topic that's been covered countless times before. Sorry if you took my response to heart. Anyway, just link the last .pss files to any other file you want.

After a while the relink screen will popup, first, click the 'Auto-Relink Dupes' button and that will take care of most of the relinking.. the rest of relinking needs to be done manually. Relink all the *.PSW files to their *.PSS counterparts, e.g.
relink A01P01.PSW to A01P01.PSS. Relink all the missing BONUS*.PSS files to any available PSS file you want.
Once all files are relinked you can close the tool.

That's from the guide, page 1 on the thread I posted earlier.

Sir or Mam I appreciate your rapid response to my question and yes I understand the part of relinking psw files to pss files but I am stuck with a bunch of .VAG files and such. The question is where are these supposed to be linked?

I've rebuilded this game myself from a retail GOW NTSC and I don't seem to remember ever seeing a .vag file during the re-linking process. It's been a few months... What exactly have you done prior to this point? Could've missed something, what programs did you use.. ect..

Using Sonix's GoW Tool along with Apache 2, and DvD Decryptor, I extracted the GOW.TOC file and downsampled all the .PSS files.
Upon rebuilding, I noticed alot of "missing link" files after relinking the PSS and PSW files such as VPK, WAD, and VAG. Do I just click finished and leave those files alone?
