Ok first of all what is an ISO folder? I got this program-fastloader 0.7. Put the folders in the right places. I thought you could dump UMD cd thingies so you could play it on the sony psp memory stick. Which means I don't have to bring those crappy Universal dics with me. Is that true? Please tell me how to do this. Thanks!

Yup, I still have a fat PSP
PSP life: 1.00 > 1.50 > 2.00 > 2.50 > 2.60 > 2.71 > 2.81 >> 1.50 > 3.03 OE-C > 3.52 M33-3 > 3.90 M33-3 > 5.00 M33-6 - Trying to go back to 3.90 M33-3 but no one will help me :(
By the way my PSP is BRICKED if any nice person wants to help revive my psp please message me or answer one of my threads.

You boot up fast loader and tell it to dump the UMD and it does. I think fastloader dumps it to the ISO folder, could be wrong. But that is mainly used to play backups of games, which is what an iso is.

Don't forget G:ISO( iso folder in ms_root. Then boot up fastloader under memory stick in the game section of your psp main menu highlight the smiley face and it should say fastloader then boot up fastloader and dump the game but you can activate the usb by pressing triangle to transfer the dumped umd to your pc/mac. Hope this helps

There is no need to update back as u can emulate firmware 2.71 with the use of devhook. But in order to downgrade your psp it cant be a TA-082 psp. Just google "ta-082" and the first page will help you identify if it is. It also cant be higher then firmware 2.6, or a factory 2.6. Plus u need the downgrader and GTA:LCS like ipirate said. Also has to be the unpatched version of GTA.

Sorry, currently there is no way to downgrade a 2.71. Although there is the undiluted platinum modchip but that needs to be expertly installed.
