I've been trying to download a 12.2 GB torrent for the past month. It's 82.3 % done but for many days, there weren't any seeds available. For the past 4-5 days, Azureus is detecting anywhere between 2-4 seeds available at various times of the day. But my Azureus client doesn't connect to any of them. I have no NAT problems and the uploading of the torrent happens just fine.
1. What could be the reason that Azureus isn't connecting to the seeds?
2. Is there any way of forcing Azureus to connect to the seeds available?
Thanks for the suggestions. I tried out the encryption options but they don't seem to work. I'd tried Forced Downloading a couple of days ago and that didn't work either. Could this problem be caused due to the seeds being in super-seeding mode? There are about 95 peers, 50 of whom are all stuck on 82.3%. A couple of times I see 2-4 seeds but it's always 0(2) or 0(4).
I'm guessing that seeds are online at certain times - this is because the seeds column shows values like 0(2) and 0(4) (which would mean that there were 2 and 4 seeds online respectively, with none connected). It's just that it never becomes 1(2) or 3(4) - what I'm wondering is why I never connect to the online seeds.
