Dear all,

I am experiencing a problem recently which I really hope the experts in this forum will be able to assist me.

I have been a Azureus user for quite a long time and I am able to get good download speeds consistently. However after my PC came back from repairs due to some hardware problems, I am consistently getting slow download speed in the range of 5-9Kbps even though its a good seedings file when in the past I could get 50-100Kbps.
I kept getting this message "If you have a router/firewall, please check that you have port 50001 UDP open. Decentralised tracking requires this."

Port 50001 is the port I use for Incoming TCP and also UDP. However I have already forwarded the port and I do not use any router. I even disabled the windows firewall (the only firewall in my system) but to no avail.

I am really helpless and I hope any kind soul here will be able to help me out...
