help converting back to iso!

ive read a couple threads about this but it still doesnt help.
syphon filter works with the runumd method but i want to turn it back to an iso. there are currently 3 folders psp_game, psp, and, x. i already have the boot.bin unpatcher and unpatched it and tried to convert it all back to an iso but it says disk cannot be read when i open it by devhook.
can anybody give me a full walkthrough on how to convert psp_game, psp, and x folders all back into one iso?

I have the same format of SF and i tried a lot, but unfortunately i found no way on converting those 3 folders into an iso...

try making an iso out of the psp folder if there is system and user folder that should make an iso.

No man I tried that like lots of times, that don't work and wont work umless u have a UMD_DATA.bin
