nero burning rom wont load

i just decided to go with Nero so i got Nero 7 ultra,
i burned about 5 dvd's fine but now for some reason
whenever i try to load Nero burning rom it just comes up with the error report saying send, dont send or debug, then the program closes, i tried repairing the program and even uninstalling it but whenevre the msi loads up my on access virus scanner just takes up 100% cpu usage and nothing happens, any help.

Download and run the following clean tools:

Download Nero 7.0.8.2 from here:

http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845

Turn off your virus checker and install. Afterwards turn the checker back on.

Also if you had any previous burning programs such as roxio, they will conflict with Nero.
