Yes p2p is legal.....As long as if it isn't copyrighted material.

Why do you think Itunes make you pay for music?Not only because they want to make money....But they have to pay the artists to use their song.......And the copyrighted means they own it and people have to get permission to use it..or buy it.

Downloading Copyrighted material without appropiate permission, as in pirated copies etc., using p2p software is ILLEGAL.
