Elf files wont load?

I have a slim v14 ps2 and some of the elfs I have won't load, ive heard around that its because I have a slim is there a way to fix this, I even tried an elf that was surpossibly altered to load on slims, but it didn't work either.
Btw I searched for a similar topic and couldn't find it, if there is one please point me to it.

For version check my first post again, the elf is cb9.2/9.3 and im using swap magic.

Im glad someone say it lol, anyone know why it wont load? other ones load like launchelf works and so did xploderv4lite, but the that one just wont boot 9.2 almost boots it makes the fuzzys and then blankscreen (which I know from using codebreaker happens when you load it)but then it wont do anything else.

Don't double-post, its against forum rules, use the EDIT button located in the top right of your post. And try waiting a bit longer for an answer.
A normal codebreaker elf won't work anyway, you need the v9.2 cracked.
If you're having issues with that, then I suggest getting the full version 9.2 cracked & burning to CD.

Sorry for the double post, but 2 days isnt exactly a short wait, my previous post says that I did try the cracked elf, im not sure where to get the cracked iso version, but I don't think it will work, or maybe it will hmm. Anyway I actually got my GS to work with backedup games although it doesn't work with PAL or NTSC-J I don't think? I know I got Xploder4lite elf to work, but I don't think the full version has an elf, I guess I could get the full iso and try it hmm, that still leaves NTSC-J are those just hacked by special groups or what?

You didnt wait 2 days though mate. You posted on 28. July 2006 @ 21:29 and then again on 29. July 2006 @ 03:18. By my reckoning, that's only just short of 6 hours.
Anyway, any cheat device will work with codes/games from another region if you input the codes for that region. Google search for the v9.2 cracked iso, which does work with Swap Magic.
As for JAP codesites, there's not many around these days, best to Google for them. The JAPs aren't into cheating like PAL, and in particular, NTSC gamers are.

I guess I should say 2-3 days, and apply it to the entire thread, your last post was my first straight up answer that actually helped me. I know AR Max has PAL codes, and some JAP but not alot, but I don't think it works with swap magic does it? Also anyone know where I can find PAL codes for GS? Im not sure I really need it know I more need JAP codes for Gantz and Berserk

Well I found how to use my current GS to cheat on the backed up game, and possibly how to get the cb9.2 to boot, also the some cheats for those games I listed although I might need them converted, only problem is when I used the GSV3 elf and tried(which I launched by putting swap magic cd in the live ulanunch cd then running the elf from there), entering the codes, then starting the game and putting swap dvd in, and swapping out for the game, It brings me to the PS2 browse menu, says reading disk and then the red screen of death, what did I do wrong?
