You should be able to back that up no problem.
Mine works fine from the disc and the hard drive.
But explain in MUCH more detail.
1. what type of media (TDK 8X DVD-R for example)
2. what you burned it with and what speed.
3. How your system is modded to play back ups
4. have you made any working back ups
and so on

it copied fine but when i use it with swap magic i just get a blank screen
