so i got a img file from a gam i downloaded right
i extracted all the files but jus the img file is unreadble

Can you list some of these 'other files'? Cos I've got a funny feeling you've extracted too far from the rar archives & those are actually the game's files from the iso that you should of extracted.

As I thought, you've extracted too far, or you've extracted from the iso because it's associated with WinRAR & looks like a rar file.

Un-associate the iso file extension from WinRAR & try again. If it is an iso, then just burn it. If it still says its a rar, then don't right click to extract fom it, open up WinRAR 1st.

I've told you what to do. Its not that difficult to open WinRAR & go to the options. Find the tab for File Associations, and un-tick the iso box, and click Apply/OK.
