Crashing New Ver of eLoader? Clicky!

Believe it or not, eLoader is failing on my v2.6 European GTA PSP eLoader Installation.
Heres whats been going on. (Note : Basically, I'm trying to downgrade my PSP, but I can't if the eLoader don't work!)
1. Went to noobz.eu to download the latest Auto-Install eLoader.
2. Installed all done correctly.
3. Booted up GTA : LCS.
4. Start > Load Game > eLoader.
5. Confirmed Load.
6. Loads...
7. Flash of code then...
8. GUI Appears with no text or anything, just the GUI.
9. After a few seconds, the PSP Shuts Down Completly.
10. Reboots to GTA again, I can exit and all is as is...
I did try Manually Installing (There WERE missing files from the Auto-Install!) and I tryed again, but it's exactly the same.
Help!

Well, I tried another auto-installer of eLoader, called eloader097.exe, instead of eloader097_nocache.exe.
No difference, and I have tryed reformatting aswell!
I tryed for the 2nd time, and the GUI was the same, but the MEM Stick LED was flashin a bunch. Still Crashed.
And, for the 3RD TIME, it loaded, just GUI, but it said "SEARCHING" (i don't know if thats right lol) but something like that. and there was NO LED action. Still Crashed.
heres a FW History
1.5 > 2.0 (WHY!!!) > 2.6 (WTF? lol)
AND right now, I just want to play the Tetris that comes with it...

so just install the eloader files manually and boot eloader after installing downgrader files.

I did install Manually, didn't work..
I am not putting ANY downgrade files on there until eLoader works.

there are no markings. (using AD compatibility guide)
so i should be able to use an eLoader...
strange
maybe i could record the boot up and see what the flash of code says...
