I'm at firmware 2.71 because I just gave up but I'm giving my PSP to my friend since he wanted one cheap and have a 2.6 i just won on ebay. Can i downgrade with 2.6?

yea u can downgrade from 2.6 with GTA i think theres a thread somewhere here..

you can downgrade a 2.6 if its not a TA-082 son.

well technically you can run homebrew on up to 2.60 with the GTA exploit, but its way easier with 1.5

i know that a psp can only read mp4 video formats. is there any way at all with any software of anything at all that will allow video files such as mpeg or wmv can be put onto the psp without converting it and having the file play on the psp
