LimeWire Pro or FrostWire. You won't want to use torrents because most all files are over 500 MB.

well i have dial up and im using a private site and the speeds are great for dial up,better than FTP at times,but stuff like songs i download off lime wire and shareaza are kinda slower but consistant which makes it great
