im using utorrent 1.6 and at the bottom of the screen it has an exclamation point and if i hold my cursor over it, its says, no incoming connectons, Unless the icon turns green, it could indicate a problem with your network configuration.. what does this mean?does this affect my download speeds? also it says the port im using is open and i also have a static ip setup.

i think it could be the torrent you are downloading, it may be that it is a dead torrent.
have you tried other torrents?

actually, this is the only one ive tried on utorrent, but the health of the torrent is all green on the site
