How would one go about taking a downloaded PSP game file, and playing that game on their PSP. I've searched, maybe not hard enough, but can't come across the answer. If someone could help me that would be great.
I'd like to play the downloaded game, and regular games with little or no trouble. Thanks again.

download torrent, should either be an iso, rar, or folders,
iso place in ISO FOlder in PSP ROot of MS
rar unrar first and do same with iso
folders, drag folders into the root of ms.

Hey, thanks for the wicked fast reply.... 2 quick questions back at ya!
1) How much memory would ideally be needed to store a game or 2?
2) The steps you gave me, are those options built right into the menu of the PSP??
Thanks again...

no you do it yourself, i assume you have a 1.5 psp
and i think a 1GB would be good for 2 games, but if it depends on what you want, maybe get a 2GB.

How can I find the PSP root of MS? Don't have any luck finding this. Also, I just got the PSP, and have no clue if it is V. 1.5. How can I verify, and/or update.
Thanks again

Ahh, okay cool cool..... Got that. Says I have Version 2.60... So I'm guessing that's not a good thing? I should have 1.5 to play my downloaded game?? How can I alter that?
Thanks so much for all the help I'm getting. I'll get the hang of it soon.

you have to downgrade it using the easy downgrader. to do this you need an unpatched version of gta. to get one, try blockbuster or a used game store. you can find the easy downgrader here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/605

Well, I just downloaded the downgrader thingy.... I'm not sure if I can just run it. I don't have a copy of GTA, and don't know why that's needed. Would I really need that??
I only picked up a 1GB memory card also, and that seems to be too little. The game I have is like 1.3 Gb... Unless there's a way to cheat & shrink it. Otherwise I'm going to the store tomorrow to get a 2GB card... hehe

you need it to run the prog on your psp. gta has an exploit in it that allows you to run some emulators. the newer gta games are patched so they wont work.

Ok, to get to 1.5, use that downgrader that you got. it should be this one:
Filename: Downgrader2.50-2.60ENFULL.exe
Size: 13.97MB
Downloads: 33,850
Description:
Easy Downgrader provides a simple GUI and instructions to assist in the 2.50/2.60 downgrading process. Simply connect your PSP to your PC and run this Windows exe. Downdater written by Dark_AleX, Mathieulh and Yoshihiro. Easy Downgrader written by Xtrusion.
just do exactly what it says, when you run the program on the computer, it should show you pictures of what you should do. also make sure that you should plug in the psp, just in case. now there is a small chance that you could brick your psp so you should be careful. brick means that it would not work, ever again. but that program worked for me cus i had a 2.60 version and i downgraded with no problem at all.
then when you are done download devhook v 0.46. that program allows you to run iso(backup games). also, you shuould get a iso shrinker to shrink it to a ciso, this makes the file smaller so you can add more games

Damn, I guess I can't use that program. It says if my PSP says "Ic1003" inside where you put a CD it'll get damaged using that....
Any other suggestions?? I have to thank you all again, you've been amazing.
