Yo, this is all you need, buddy.

UPDATE: DO NOT COMPRESS GTA:LCS WHATSOEVER. It will be VERY sluggish if you do! Just do EVERYTHING it says in the tutorial and it should be at 460MB. That's as small as it's gonna get a/f/a I know...

It worked. I got it down to 561 MB with no music. its stable and awesome!
