help GTA not working

hi all
i cant get GTA:LCS working. wat do i have to do?
at the moment i have the iso and ive tried putting it into ISO folder but when i load fastloader and select the game fastloader just freezes.
im using PSP 1.5 with FastLoader v.07 and all the games that i have tested work with fastloader. is there something s[pecial needed to be done plz explain wat i should do.

Dont use fastloader thats meant for older games. Devhook is the way to go now. The link to devhook .45 is in my sig and it's the ultimate installer which takes care of everything for you :) Hope that helps.

I just went on like a 5min search for this link, hex. I'm gonna give it anyway, b/c v0.45 isn't really any better than v0.44 anyway...

BTW, HEX, THAT IS A PHAT EFFING SIG. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE IT FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS. I know your normal sig life is like 5 days, but plz keep this one a while longer. I am really lovin' that BLUE colour in the bg... :D

Aye thank you. The funny thing is, is that sig took me like no more then ten minutes at the most to create. I love hearin comments like that. I didnt think anyone would like it. Comin from you tho means somethin :) I was just tired of my animated one. I cant really say I created the whole thing because I do use brushes sometimes and I did use one on this. If you would like I can send you the brush so you can experiment with it. Well you do dabble in photoshop correct?
Personally I like devhook .45 better. But it's all personal preference.

NOPE. I only use MS Paint b/c it's all I know. If I think of something in my head that I want, I can do it in Paint. I'm just like that. Again, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I don't need anything else b/c I'm perfectly happy w/ Paint...
ALSO ON YOUR SIG:
I like the font for "hex" b/c it reminds me of "The Nightmare Before Christmas" or something like that. I'd even go so far as to say "MediEvil" font-type. I think that's what I meant to say...

Haha.......yeah it's freeware. PM me your email addy and ill send it on over. I juat googled the name of it and its a harry potter esque font. God I hate those movies but its a neat lookin font.

Did you get the ultimate installer?
If you got that one then just connect your psp to the comp via usb, run the ultimate installer, choose install devhook with 2.71 firmware (or something along those lines) choose the directory of you psp, click next and voila, after its finished you have devhook installed!
If you donwloaded the manual one, then theres should be a folder called 'PSP' in the rar file that you donwloaded, just copy that to the root of your mem stick, and if it asks you to replace exisiting files etc, just click yes to all. Next, there should also be a folder named 'dh' with the rar file. Just copy that to the root of your memory sick aswell, and your done! To actually start using it, go to where you would normally load fastloader on your psp, and there should be an icon for dechook, load it up and make sure you have these settings:
UMD SELECT: (choose your GTA ISO)
UMD MOUNT: ~iso anyumd
UMD VERSION: 2.XX -> 2.00
FIRMWARE: 2.71
CPU CLOCK: 222MHz /111MHz (If using devhook 0.45 that is, if not then use 333MHz/166MHz)
BOOT SLECT: reboot XMB
Then click start at the top!
P.S For GTA to work properly, you need it in 333MHz/166MHz, so if your using devhook 0.45 then load up 1ith 222Mz/111MHz, when starting the game, go back to home, then press home and select at the same time and you should see, at the bottom that it changes to 333MHz then start the game as if it was a UMD!

this is the way i got my gta workin
first of all get a reliable gta then use rip kit to make it like 830mbish then get mph loader which i can give u if u pm me with ur msn adi then get umd emulator from psp-hacks.com then put ur gta in ur iso folder then goto umdemulator in ur psp menu then click on then it will run an then on the menu of that there will be loads of options look for where it will have 2 options system menu copy load and direct load
what u need to do is put it on system menu then scroll down and click on ur gta iso
then hopefully ur psp should boot up again then go click on mph gameloader and it shuold work
( make sure u have a umd in all the time )

nah sorry becasue i just got 1 couple of weeks ago for £10 pounds and i cant manage to open my psp i am askin people difo tread

Hi, i have that same problem.....
when i use devhook, i load it up i run it everything works but when i click on the UMD to run
GTA LCS it the screen goes balnk but the psp remains onn....

could be bad rip of GTA. I made a backup of it with my own UMD and they both play flawlessly.
